Rejuvi Health is a natural health advisory platform. We provide AI-assisted health intake and personalized supplement protocol recommendations through our website at rejuvi.health. For questions about this Privacy Policy, use the contact form in Section 12 below.
A. Information you provide directly
When you create an account and use Rejuvi Health, we collect: account information (name, email, password); basic health information (age, biological sex, health category); medication and supplement history including duration of use; your answers to AI-guided intake questions; and any messages you send us.

The nature of our service requires us to collect health-related information including your symptoms, health goals, current medications, and supplements. We treat this information with the highest level of care and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
C. Automatically collected information
When you visit rejuvi.health we automatically collect device and browser information, IP address and approximate location, pages visited, referring website, and session duration.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address only. We do not receive your Google password or any information beyond what you explicitly authorize.

A. Service providers
We work with trusted third-party service providers: Supabase (database — US-based, SOC 2 compliant), Anthropic (AI intake engine), Fullscript (supplement dispensary), Resend (transactional email), Klaviyo (marketing email — opt-in only), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (website hosting), and Sentry (error monitoring — anonymized data only). Each provider is contractually required to protect your information.
B. Fullscript
When you click to order your protocol you are redirected to Fullscript's platform, which has its own privacy policy at fullscript.com/legal/privacy. We may share your name and email with Fullscript to pre-populate your patient account, only with your consent.
C. Legal requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
D. Business transfers
In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We retain your account information and protocol history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.
Protocol history is retained for a maximum of one (1) year from the date of creation, after which older protocols are archived or deleted.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the contact form below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We implement industry-standard safeguards including: encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), encrypted data storage, row-level security on our database (your data is accessible only to you), secure authentication with optional Google OAuth, and regular security monitoring.

For users between 13 and 17, parental or guardian consent is required before using our service.
The health information you share with Rejuvi Health is used solely to generate your personalized supplement protocol. We are not a covered entity under HIPAA and are not subject to HIPAA's requirements. However, we voluntarily apply equivalent standards of care to your health information.
Rejuvi Health does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The information you share is used for wellness and supplement recommendation purposes only.
